Fix “Corked” Wine with a Bowl and Plastic Wrap

A “professor of wine chemistry” at UC Davis says that just coming in contact with plastic wrap removes the cemical that gives wine it’s “dank” (think spoiled) flavor.  Works just like dirt sticks to soap.

The engineering solution is going to have to be how do you get wine in contact with plastic wrap.  Maybe wrap a funnel in plastic wrap, then pour it into a different bottle?  Transfer it to a bowl then back to the original bottle?
