The Word of the Day is Commit
Can’t write for very long, but I just had to make a quick note of a recent trend in my life. There are times when a certain word, phrase, or concept will keep coming up in my life in conversation, music, or absolutely unknown means. Most of the time, I don’t make too much note of these incidents, even though I know they are probably significant, but I just wanted to write this now for myself.
It started with the message at church this week. You will either serve the world this year, or you will serve God. If you do not get busy serving God, you will get busy serving the world. This was good; this scared me. It came up again this morning as I read James 3: there are two types of people out there, people who love the world, and people who love God. You’d better love God all the time, or you’re loving the world and hating God.
Lastly, I ran across this video from Honda. It’s corporate propaganda, but there is value in the message it’s trying to portay about itself.
Now that I’m at the end, I remember why I never make too much of a note about any of these incidents. I have absolutely no idea what to do with this. I will wait patiently for the opportunity to love my God.
Please, if anyone has any idea what to do with this, let me know.
